Many people come to therapy because they feel alone in what they’re going through — even when they have friends, family, or a partner. There aren’t many spaces where you can talk honestly about life, stress, relationships, identity, or personal growth without feeling judged or misunderstood.
People often say:
“I wish I had people to talk to who get it.”
“I want connection, but not small talk.”
“I want support, but I don’t always need a full therapy session.”
“I want to grow, but I don’t want to do it alone.”
The Community Connection Circle is a weekly online gathering where individuals can come together to reflect, share, and connect in a grounded, supportive environment.
This is not about fixing — it’s about being human together.
What Happens in the Weekly Community Connection Meeting?
Topics may include:
Stress, burnout, and life transitions
Relationships and boundaries
Identity, purpose, and direction
Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm
Self-worth and people-pleasing
Family dynamics and personal patterns
Feeling stuck or disconnected
Sessions may include:
A short opening reflection or topic
Group discussion and sharing
Optional participation (you can listen if you prefer)
Guided questions or prompts
A respectful, confidential space
Come as you are:
Each session is guided and facilitated, with space for both discussion and quiet reflection. Some weeks may have a theme, while others allow the group to explore what feels most present.
You do not need to have anything figured out to attend.
A Space to Connect With Others Wherever You Are
This circle is open to individuals anywhere in Victoria, Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands, or across British Columbia, and is held online to make it accessible and flexible.
The group is:
Weekly and drop-in (no commitment required)
Open to adults at any stage of life
A supportive space, not a replacement for therapy
Facilitated by a registered counsellor
Focused on connection, insight, and shared experience
Some people attend regularly, others come when they need support — both are welcome.
Sometimes just hearing that others feel the same way can bring relief, clarity, and a sense of belonging.
Let’s connect.
